- The Uniform Guidelines on Employee Selection Procedures are regulations issued by EEOC, OFCCP and other federal agencies. The Guidelines apply to all selection procedures used to make employment decisions, including interviews, review of experience or education from application forms, work samples, physical requirements, and evaluations of performance.
Drug, Alcohol and Polygraph Tests
For some jobs including many in transportation, national defense or nuclear power, drug and alcohol testing is required. In Montana, the Constitutional privacy provision limits drug and alcohol testing to positions that fall under those permitted in the Workforce Drug and Alcohol Testing Act.
