Personnel PLUS! Consulting Services, is a Helena based, Montana owned and operated Human Resource Management consulting firm. We use our knowledge of federal and state employment law to advise and train business owners, managers and supervisors on human resource issues.

Nys has well over 30 years experience as a consultant in personnel management. Nys is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resource Certification Institute.

Staci L. Bloomberg, JD. Staci is a Senior HR Consultant for Personnel Plus and actively works providing clients with expert HR advice. She has nearly ten years of experience as a recruiter and as a Human Resources Generalist / Consultant for firms in the healthcare and information technology sectors prior to joining personnel Plus!

Bloomberg is a graduate of Indiana University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs and the Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law.

Bloomberg is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and is licensed to practice law in the States of Montana and Ohio.

Jessica Silvonen Jessica manages this website and coordinates training and other services for Personnel Plus!. She has been an employee of Personnel Plus! since 2011. Prior to working for Personnel Plus!, she worked for the State of Montana.

Management:

Nancy L. Nys - Chief Financial Officer and Vice President

Nancy Nys has been co-owner and Chief Financial officer of Westaff and Personnel Plus! since 1987. Prior to that she worked in various accounting position for the State of Montana and in the medical sector. Nys processes payroll and oversees accounts payable and receivable functions for Westaff.
Nancy was born in Bozeman and raised in the Houston Texas area. She attended classes at theÂ Montana State University - Great Falls College of Technology.
